Treasure Lake ~400 acres
Our property is located Lake front on Treasure Lake. There are two sandy beaches that line the shore of this beautiful lake where boating, fishing, and swimming activities prevail during the summer months.
Overton’s Landing has a 3-person canoe, and 2-person sit on top style Kayak for your use during your stay, along with several life vests in the shed for your use, and you can bring your own as well.
New providence Beach is located 6 houses down from Overton’s Landing, this is the largest beach which boasts a bathhouse, large playground, two pavilions and two volleyball courts. The beach also features a snack shack where patrons can buy food, drink and other beach supplies. Lifeguards on duty from 11:00am to 5:oopm during summer months.
Excellent fishing is available at all three of the lakes within the community. A Pennsylvania fishing license is required. These can be purchased at the Treasure Lake Marina, or Walmart in town. For children 12 years and under, and seniors 62 and over, Little Flipper Lake is a great place to fish. This lake is well stocked for your fishing pleasure. Nature trails and picnic tables are available for all to enjoy, as well as a pavilion also located at Little Flipper.

Golf at Treasure Lake
At Treasure Lake, each course is both challenging and beautifully set within acres of woods, water, and wildlife. The Gold Course boasts tree lined fairways and requires accuracy from its golfers. The Silver Course boasts undulating greens and requires accurate approaches and solid putting from its golfers. Both Silver and Gold courses offer a restaurant, lounge, pro shop, and practice facility.

Centrally located within the city limits of historic DuBois. The 18 hole course is a classic design with various tee options. This course will challenge every level of golfer. The DuBois Country Club is nestled in the rolling hills of Central Pennsylvania within the city limits of historic DuBois. In addition to a classic golf course design, the club offers various tee options, a splendid practice range, club house, pro shop, and practice putting green.

Beechwoods golf course is a beautiful 18 hole course set amongst the rolling hills and tree lined fairways of North Central PA. This course provides golfers of all abilities a challenging and fun test. Beechwoods is considered one of the best public golf courses in the Tri-County area. In addition, Beechwoods also has a driving range, putting green, outdoor pavilion, and pro shop.

Scottish Heights offers 18 holes of golf in a unique and diverse surrounding. The course is designed with tree lined fairways, around preserved wetlands, and across Rattlesnake Creek, one of PA’s purest trout streams. In addition, this course boasts rolling hills, Scottish style bunkers, and diverse elevation changes. Scottish Heights also is home to Bagpipers restaurant and pub, an outdoor pavilion, and pro shop.

Kenterra Golf Course offers a Nine Hole Par 36 Golf Course & Natural Grass Driving Range.
Owens-Brockway (9 holes, ~20 min. drive) (814) 268-4325
This short course is fairly easy to play. There are only a few grass bunkers, water hazards, and sand bunkers incorporated into the course design. The greens are medium-sized, and the fairways are slightly narrow. There is an additional men’s tee that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. Tee times need be reserved for weekends and holidays only. Sandbaggers Pro Shop and snack bar.

Nestled within the rural hills just outside Brookville PA, this semi-private golf course may be exactly what you’re looking for. Pinecrest will challenge all your golfing skills, and satisfy your taste for quality with our fine dining and Pro Shop. With our low membership rates, this may be the place for you! Yardage on this course for men is 5714 yards, with a slope of 116, par 70.

Eagles Ridge Golf Club and Restaurant offers a 18 Hole Golf Course, with Restaurant and Lounge, and have been renovated and under new ownership for 2007.
Bavarian Hills (~45min. drive) (814) 834-3602
USA Today call Bavarian Hills “the top value public golf course in the State of Pennsylvania.” The 18-hole golf course has beautiful scenery, plush fairways and quick greens, which earned it 3/1/2 stars out of four from Golf Digest. There are plenty of tight spots and hazards, too, making the course a challenge for all skill levels. Bavarian Hills also has a driving range, practice green, restaurant, lounge, and a fully stocked pro shop– everything you need to enjoy a great day of golf.

Built in 1953, this varied terrain, wooded setting is situated in the in the Land of Endless Mountains. Golfers will face both open and narrow fairways that feature Rye Grass turf and putting greens of Poa Annua. The front nine holes total 3,220 yards and the back nine total 3,071.

Evergreen Valley Vineyards is a working farm winery that produces intense European style wines for a taste of Europe in the Heart of Pennsylvania. The scenic vineyard sits deep in a sheltered valley. Laurel Mountain Vineyard has several national and state award winning wines. Visitors can learn how eastern variety wines are produced while experiencing wine tasting in the renovated century old barn. Also located on the grounds is a large gift shop featuring custom gift baskets, wine sampler boxes, crafts, personalized labels for bottles, and wine making supplies. Tour the antique tool museum and take the tool test to win a bottle of wine. Visitors can also enjoy lunch in the picnic pavilion overlooking scenic farmland. The Winery at Wilcox offers over thirty varieties of wines to choose from including a Governor’s Cup winner. This farm winery has more than tripled its variety since opening its doors in 1994. Windgate Vineyards is situated in the Amish community of Smicksburg. The microclimate, elevation, western slope exposure, and persistent air drainage provide an ideal location for growing wine grapes.
