Winter	October 1    -      April 13	$800	Extra nights - $125/night

*July Fourth Weekly Rental  is $1700

*Christmas and Thanksgiving Weekly Rental is $1000

 

*Monthly Rates available Oct. through April - $2,500/mo

*Weekly rentals REQUIRED Memorial Day to Labor Day,
Summer weekends considered, no earlier than 2 weeks in advance.

Slightly higher rates for weekends that fall over holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving).

Cleaning fee is $100.00.

A $200.00 security/damage deposit will be added to the rental fee. I will refund the security deposit if no damages occur during your stay within 30 days from the end of the rental.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a weekly reservation. All weekend rentals must pay in full at the time of reservation. I accept credit cards, cash, money orders or personal checks. A $25 service fee will be charged for return checks.

Check-in time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time before 10:30 am.

Tenants are responsible for all damages to the property or missing items during your occupancy. The cabin is inspected after each departure to ensure it is left in good order. We appreciate your cooperation regarding this matter.
